High-Quality AHF Harmonic Filter in China - Leading Suppliers and Factory for Power Quality Solutions

In response to the critical issue of power harmonic pollution, our AHF (Active Harmonic Filter) is the most effective solution for enhancing power quality. Developed using cutting-edge power electronics and digital signal processing technologies, our AHF leverages high-speed DSP processing devices to provide superior harmonic control. As an advanced harmonic current generator, the AHF tracks harmonic components in the current and generates harmonic currents with equal amplitude but opposite phase to effectively mitigate pollution.

,

Our AHF comprises two main components: the instruction current operation circuit and the compensation current generation circuit. The operation circuit monitors the circuit's current in real-time, converting analog signals into digital formats before processing them with a high-speed digital processor (DSP). By separating harmonic and fundamental currents, it generates an instruction current that is then transmitted to the compensation current generation circuit as a pulse width modulation (PWM) signal. This process drives IGBT and IPM power modules to produce a compensation current identical in amplitude but opposite in polarity to the harmonic current. This compensation is injected back into the power grid, actively eliminating power harmonics and enabling dynamic, rapid, and comprehensive harmonic management.

,

As a leading factory and supplier in China, we are committed to delivering high-quality AHF solutions tailored to your power quality improvement needs. Choose our AHF to ensure an efficient and effective approach to overcoming power harmonic pollution.

    Industrial Applications

AHF is suitable for industrial high-capacity loads, such as rectifiers, frequency converters, large UPS, arc furnaces, intermediate frequency furnaces, three-phase chargers, and other three-phase load scenarios.

    Commercial Applications

Suitable for single-phase nonlinear loads in commercial buildings, such as energy-saving lamps, computers, UPS, elevators, variable frequency air conditioners, etc., which generate third harmonic and heat up the N-line.

    Frequently Asked Questions

Q: What is the main application of this Active Harmonic Filter (AHF)?

AHF is designed for both industrial high-capacity loads (such as rectifiers, frequency converters, large UPS, and arc furnaces) and commercial single-phase non-linear loads (such as energy-saving lamps, computers, and variable frequency air conditioners) to mitigate harmonics and balance three-phase loads.

Q: What voltage levels and ranges does the system support?

The system supports two main voltage levels: 400V (applicable for 380V, 440V, 480V) and 660V (applicable for 600V, 660V, 690V). The acceptable grid voltage range is -20% to +15% at a frequency of 50/60Hz±5%.

Q: How fast does the AHF respond to load changes?

The Active Harmonic Filter features an ultra-fast response time of ≤10 microseconds (us), enabling real-time compensation for dynamic load variations.

Q: Can multiple AHF modules be installed and run in parallel?

Yes, parallel operation capacity is unlimited. Up to 6 modules can be managed and monitored under a single SAM controller configuration.

Q: What communication protocols are integrated into the system?

The system supports standard communication protocols including Modbus, TCP/IP, and IEC61850, with options for other protocols upon specific request.

Q: How does the AHF improve operational efficiency?

By compensating for harmonics up to the 50th order, adjusting reactive power, and balancing loads, it prevents unplanned system stops, lowers losses in the transformer, and prolongs the lifetime of connected equipment.
